A: Yes, you can buy from any shops. We suggest that you look out for their reputations and ratings.

Q: Is there any danger to buying on Taobao?
A: As long as you stay away from the too-good-to-be-true, you will probably be fine buying stuff on Taobao. But, you need to be aware of one major annoyance: sellers frequently post products they do not have in stock. It happens all the time, and it can really ruin your day.

A: Sorry, we can't. As we receive a big volume of parcels every day, we don't have sufficient manpower to check each parcel. To avoid a longer turnaround time, we don't open up your parcels and directly ship to Singapore and pass to you as what it should be.
